Infinite Aged Care is developing a premium, 144-bed residential aged care facility within Lumina.
This architecturally designed, six-storey facility is set on 3,311m2 of land overlooking parkland and community open spaces. Located at the intersection of Village Boulevard and Innovation Drive, the design takes full advantage of the natural views and amenities the property’s location offers.
The six-storey residential aged care development will provide enhanced care and services to ageing members of the local community. The convenience of the location allows it to collaborate closely with co-located hospitals in the Precinct and serve as a potential training facility for future aged care workers. The site’s thoughtfully appointed amenities will make residents feel at home including shared living and dining areas, a theatre, a beauty and wellness centre and private dining spaces.
